Employment Tiger was founded by former recruitment consultants with experience from the UK, Europe and the US. Our mission is simple: To help as many people find jobs, or find new jobs in the shortest time possible. We do this by giving you the broadest exposure in your area of expertise. If you work in an industry, we have an employment advocate with actual experience (or practical recruiting experience) in that industry who can help you get to where you want to be. From accounting to construction, from public sector to hospitality, from healthcare to retail and, almost everything in between.
Employment Advocates
Our team of employment advocates has been helping people across the country secure jobs for nearly fifteen years. They have worked with a wide range of organisations from the many of the leading companies, law firms, financial institutions, accountants, food and beverage groups and energy companies. We also worked with niche practice organisations including marketing and PR boutiques, charities and hospitality groups. If you’re looking for a role in local or central government, we can also guide you.
This breadth of experience provides the best possible insight as to the types of people who succeed in these environments. Our commitment to helping find a job doesn’t end after we have despatched your CV and cover letter to you. In addition to a new and improved CV and cover letter, membership with Employment Tiger allows you to seek assistance with:
1.“Until retirement” access to our employment advocates;
2.Interview coaching;
3.Mock interviews;
4.Industry hot topics so that you can ensure you are kept informed of the latest trends;
5.Post interview discussion and analysis;
6.Help with offer consideration and acceptance;
7.On-going Employment Tiger articles and publications relevant to your industry.
Writing Team
Our CV writers have reviewed thousands of CVs and cover letters throughout their careers. They’re familiar with every type of formatted CV and have reworked the CVs of every type of jobseeker, from fresh graduates to those with substantial experience in their industry. Your CV writer will be highly experienced in your market sector. It is too important a job to have a generalist writer reworking your primary marketing tool.
Research Team
There are over two million companies in England alone. Factor into this that companies are constantly moving premises, merging with other companies, splitting, and on occasion closing down. Decision makers at these companies also move on a frequent basis. Therefore, keeping our database current, keeping name, address and key decision maker information accurate is a full time job for our dedicated research team. Our UK based researchers use state of the art systems to continually ensure our database maintains the utmost integrity. We take this very seriously.

Simon specialises in helping Employment Tiger's legal clients. He says "It's my job to help as many people secure their next role as possible, whether or not they choose to use our service. I'd rather spend 20 minutes with a client guiding them with a free CV review than have them present a poor CV to a potential employer." Most recently, he has helped solicitors, overseas qualified lawyers, PSLs, legal translators, and legal administrative staff secure work. He has helped many hundreds of legal professionals secure work during his career. He is a frequent contributor to the media and regularly talks at universities in the London area.
