Employment Advocate (IT)

As an employment advocate, you will be making a difference to the lives of our clients every day. You will be a counsellor, career coach, and motivator, guiding clients to their next job, and developing relationships as they progress through their careers.

Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in an IT environment, or alternatively several years of experience with an IT recruiting firm. You will know your industry well and be able to talk about it authoritatively. A self-starter, you will have had demonstrated success in a goal orientated environment. This position may suit a recruiting professional seeking to return to work after a break.
